Whimsical Wednesday: New Secret Hideout

Our county recently had to replace the old sewer pipe under the road at the branch right before you get to our house. The old one had collapsed from years of service.

Much to my children's delight the new replacement pipe is huge!

Creating the PERFECT SECRET HIDEOUT!

Nothing like a new toy, that's not really a toy, to put smiles on children's faces.

You can't see Olivia's face because she went all the way to the other end, but I assure you that she's grinning from ear to ear. (She had already fallen in the creek and got her shorts wet so there was no point in her concerning herself about not getting wet. LOL! But that's Olivia for ya!)

They had such a grand time exploring and listening to their voices echo inside their secret hideout cave!

P.S. All you panic prone moms, don't worry, we checked for snakes first! LOL!
