Throwback Thursday / Christmas 2000

20 Years ago! WOW! Where have the years gone?!?!? All I can do is marvel at the goodness of God! All of this bunch are grown, and many, now, have families of their own.

I sit and listen to grandparents marvel with wonder and amazement at their grandkids, recanting all the miraculous little deeds each day - and I get it. But I have always felt that way about my children!

Don't misunderstand me, I love my grandkids! But my children . . . there's nothing like my children! I would watch them for hours marveling with wonder and amazement at their smiles, their love, and laughter - my heart near to bursting with all-consuming love for them. Even, now, with so many grown I just love to watch them, interacting with each other, interacting with their own children and the abundance of nieces and nephews.

There is just something so PRECIOUS about family! And I THANK GOD FOR MINE!
