Teaching Tuesday / Exploding With His Love!

I hope that you and your family got to enjoy some beautiful fireworks exploding this weekend as we celebrated our freedom! We have so much to be thankful for. . . the list is endless!

But one of the things that I'm MOST grateful for is freedom from being a "rageaholic".

Many of you know my story of how I grew up in a dysfunctional home with a rageaholic dad. Well, as a young married adult, in private, behind closed doors, I very much lived what I had learned and I learned what I had lived as a child, which is what we all do to some degree or other.

I would explode over the least little event in my life that messed up my plans, caused any fleshly discomfort, or didn't pan out according to my will. Coming out of the Lord's Kingdom of righteous, peace, and joy over the simplest day in-day out situations. Looking back, it's hard to believe that I was so childish. But that's not the right word, carnal would better describe it. Wounded, broken, and in bondage would describe it even better!

THANKS BE TO A LOVING FATHER WHO NOT ONLY LOVED ME IN MY MESS, BUT SENT JESUS SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO STAY THAT WAY!

Because of His Healing and Restoration that He has freely poured into my life, I am now free to explode in LOVE letting His LOVE flow through me lavishing, spilling, splashing out onto others! Oh thank You, Jesus!

Parents, listen up, if you want to be known for EXPLODING, let it be said that you are known for EXPLODING with God's love! That kind of EXPLOSION brings healing and joy to all that you come in contact with, especially your children. Plus, with an EXPLOSION of Father's Love, there are NO REGRETS, and NO NEED for APOLOGIES!
